Of all the food around the world, I love Japanese cuisine the most. They have a way of neatly bringing out the raw taste of the ingredient. Of all the Japanese food, I like curry rice the most. They are somewhat different from original Indian curry, Malasian curry, or Thai curry. From above statements, you can conclude that curry is my favorite food, period.Shabu beef curry in the picture was from Coco Ichibanya Restaurant at Central Chaeng Wattana. Not so authentic(IMHO) in term of flavor but very suit for Thai taste.
